Fantasy Impact:
The Chargers signed Chark to a small deal earlier this offseason, but he seems to be off to a good start with his new team. He has emerged as one of the primary targets with the first team at camp, and it looks like he's trending towards being a starting WR for the team. If that's the case, we could see him find some solid streaming value on a week-to-week basis.
