Minshew and O'Connell are in a competition for the starting QB job in Las Vegas, and it doesn't appear that one has pulled ahead of the other yet. They are still splitting reps at practice, and the coaching staff has yet to indicate which way they're leaning. Their first preseason game is in less than two weeks, so fantasy managers should remain hopeful that we get some clarity on this situation some time in the near future.
