Buffalo Bills WR Tyrell Shavers has reportedly popped during training camp and has seen an increased look with the starters, earning praise from head coach Sean McDermott who said he was "very impressed" by the wideout. (Sal Capaccio on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Shavers, 24, is a second-year wide receiver who spent 2023 on the Bills' practice squad. He signed a reserve/future contract with the team on Jan. 22 and has had standout moments in practice since then. McDermott commented on the former Alabama, Mississippi State and San Diego State pass catcher, praising his consistency, work ethic and knowledge of the offense, according to Joe Marino of Locked On Bills. He could have a chance to sneak onto the team's 53-man roster in 2024, but there is no shortage of competition for the job in Buffalo.
