Fantasy Impact:
Cook was excused from Sunday's practice because of a personal reason of some kind. It's unclear when he will return to practice, but he presumably has a chance to suit up on Monday. This situation is only notable for fantasy purposes if the young RB misses significant time prior to the team's preseason opener on August 10th.
