Kendrick Bourne (knee) returns to field, not practicing

New England Patriots WR Kendrick Bourne (knee, ACL) returned to the field in uniform for the first time this offseason, though he did so sans helmet or shells. (Taylor Kyles on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Bourne remains on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list due to his knee injury, so he is not yet cleared for practice. However, he could be nearing a return if he is back on the practice field, albeit not practicing. The eighth-year wideout played just eight games last season, starting five, suffering a torn ACL in Oct. 2023. Bourne has struggled to find a consistent role in the NFL but was averaging a career-high yards per game in 2023 before the injury (50.8, on pace for 863.6 yards in 17 games).
