Quintez Cephus inks deal with Houston

Fantasy Impact:
Cephus will join a roster full of talented wide receivers. The former fifth-round pick did not play in 2023 due to a suspension for violating the league’s gambling policy. He will have to have an impressive training camp in order to have a chance to make the Texans’ roster.
