Lions waive George Winn

Lions running back George Winn was waived Saturday. He entered camp as the favorite for the #4 RB on the team, but Zach Zenner's breakout performance in the pre-season stole the spotlight. (Josh Katzenstein, Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Winn was on Detroit's practice squad last season and joined the team after injuries to Joique Bell and Reggie Bush. The Detroit native cleared waivers today so he will be eligible to join the practice squad once again.
