Texans waive Damaris Johnson

The Texans have waived WR Damaris Johnson. He will be subject to waivers upon his release. (Aaron Wilson on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Texans were forced to waive the return specialist after a dismal training camp. As the Texans slot man last year he caught 31 passes for 331 yards. It is tough to keep a player who contributes primarily as a return man on special teams.
