Jimmy Garoppolo inks one-year deal with Rams

Fantasy Impact:
Garoppolo with join the Rams and serve as the backup QB to Matthew Stafford. The veteran will also have to serve a two-game suspension for a violation of the NFL’s performance-enhancing substances policy and will join the active roster in Week 3.
