Joe Flacco signs with Colts

The Colts signed Joe Flacco to a one-year deal worth up to $8.7 million, including $4.5 million guaranteed. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Flacco will take over the backup role for the Colts after Gardner Minshew signed with the Raiders. He'll backup Anthony Richardson, assuming he is healthy for the start of the season.
