Mike Davis announces his retirement from NFL

Veteran RB Mike Davis announced his retirement from the NFL on Twitter/X on his 31st birthday after eight seasons in the league. (Mike Davis on NFL)

As I turn 31 today, I sit back and look on my NFL career and how thankful I am to be apart of a brotherhood. This game has allowed me to make a lot of friends and memories. I’m grateful for every organization in NFL. With that being said I’m retiring! ✌🏾

Fantasy Impact:

Davis has been in the league for nine years, playing for eight seasons but not appearing in 2023. He played for six teams, being drafted out of South Carolina in the fourth round of the 2015 NFL Draft by the 49ers before playing with the Seahawks, Bears, Panthers, Falcons, and Ravens. He rushed for 2,052 yards and had 1,066 receiving yards with 18 total touchdowns in his career.
