Report: Bills may consider Ray Rice

With multiple running backs injured, including LeSean McCoy, the Bills have begun "internal discussions on whether to explore" signing disgraced free agent Ray Rice, Fox Sports' Mike Garafolo reports. (Mike Garafolo)
Fantasy Impact:
Rex Ryan knows Rice from the 2008 season in Baltimore. Such a signing wouldn't be just to have enough bodies in camp, so what happens when McCoy, Fred Jackson and Karlos Williams return (none are currently expected to miss regular-season time)? Rice has been out of football for a year, so he would have fresh legs and the talent to be McCoy's handcuff at least. The really daring owners in deep leagues may start drafting him, and the rest should keep an eye on this.
