The Philadelphia Eagles are listing RB Rashaad Penny as inactive for Week 15's Monday Night Football matchup with the Seattle Seahawks. (Philadelphia Eagles on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Penny has not been active for any of Philly's last five games. This season, he has just five carries for 17 yards and has played in only two games. Penny has been relegated entirely from Philly's RB rotation outside of injury. QB Tanner McKee, CB Darius Slay, G Cam Jurgens, LB Zach Cunningham, and TE Albert Okwuegbunam are also ruled inactive.
