Davis Mills expected to start in Week 15

Fantasy Impact:
With C.J. Stroud (concussion) yet to be cleared for practice this week, Mills is in line to lead the Texans' offense in Week 15. Mills has played very little this season, completing just 3 of 7 passes for 24 yards while appearing in three games. However, he made 26 starts over the past two years for the Texans, so a lack of experience is not really a factor for the third-year pro. That said, Mills is nowhere near as talented as Stroud, so downgrade expectations for all Houston pass catchers.
