Parham is one of seven Chargers listed as inactive and one of two pass-catchers, alongside WR Keenan Allen. The 26-year-old Parham was limited in practice all week with a shoulder injury and will miss his first game of the season. The Chargers are also listing S JT Woods, DB Deane Leonard, LB Amen Ogbongbemiga and DLs Otitio Ogbonnia and Nick Williams as inactive.
