Fantasy Impact:

Philips is a healthy scratch for Week 13 as he was not on the team's injury report. This season, Philips has struggled to put together much through the air, though the Titans have struggled all around. He has 13 catches for 166 yards, and there is no solid fantasy alternative waiting behind him in this offense.
