Jets DB Michael Carter is officially inactive for a Week 11 matchup with the Bills.
Fantasy Impact:
Carter continues to deal with a hamstring injury and will sit out Sunday’s matchup with Buffalo. Brandin Echols will likely fill in for Carter in his absence.
