JaCorey Shepherd to miss season with torn ACL

Eagles rookie CB JaCorey Shepherd was diagnosed with a torn ACL in his right knee. The sixth-round pick was looking great in practices and that was one of the main reasons the Eagles parted ways with Brandon Boykin. (PhiladelphiaEagles.com)

Chip Kelly was high on Shepherd "He's explosive," "He's got great ball skills. He's really quick in and out of cuts. He seems like he has a real knack for being around the ball all the time, He shows up a lot when you turn the tape on." An unfortunate injury for both the Eagles and JaCorey Shepherd.
