Zach Evans 'likely' to lead Rams backfield in Week 7
by Andersen Pickard | Tue, Oct 17th 9:36am EDT
Zach Evans is "likely" to operate as the Rams' No. 1 running back in Week 7 versus the Steelers, per ESPN's Sarah Barshop. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
With Kyren Williams (ankle) and Ronnie Rivers (knee) both expected to miss time, fantasy managers are looking for some clarity. It appears their temporary replacement will be Evans, who is currently the only running back on Los Angeles' roster. The Rams expect to promote Royce Freeman from the practice squad, and although he will get involved, it appears Evans will be the top option. He ranks as a high-end fantasy RB3 versus the Steelers.
