Morgan, an undrafted free agent in the 2023 NFL Draft, is signing a deal to join Minnesota's practice squad. He was with the Steelers earlier this offseason but hasn't been with any team in a notable capacity lately. He probably won't see the field, but this boosts Minnesota's depth on their practice squad.
