Williams spends most of his time on Pittsburgh's practice squad, but they are promoting him to the active roster ahead of Sunday's game against the Ravens. This comes as a result of Pat Freiermuth (hamstring) expected to miss some time. He and rookie Darnell Washington will both see the field in what should be a tough matchup in Week 5.
