Treadwell is a member of Baltimore's practice squad typically, but he's being elevated to the active roster for Week 4's game against the Cleveland Browns. The team needs more bodies at the position with Odell Beckham Jr. and Rashod Bateman both unable to play due to injury. The veteran could see the field a lot but isn't likely to have a lot of fantasy production against a tough Browns' defense.
