Fantasy Impact:
Garoppolo suffered a concussion during the team's Week 3 loss and missed practice on Wednesday because of it. The team is reportedly optimistic that he will be able to play this week, but this is not a step in the right direction for that. He will need to clear the protocols sooner rather than later if the Raiders want to avoid having to start either Brian Hoyer or rookie Aidan O'Connell in his place against the Chargers.
