Jaylen Waddle, who suffered a head injury in the fourth quarter of the Dolphins' Week 2 win over New England, has been placed in the NFL's concussion protocol. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Waddle must clear the league's protocol if he is to suit up for the Phins in their Week 3 home opener vs. Denver. Often, concussions cause players to miss a week, but when they return, there are usually no lingering effects from the severe injury. If Waddle cannot go in Week 3, Braxton Berrios and River Cracraft will be pushed into a higher usage role.
