Fantasy Impact:
Blough was brought in to be part of the QB competition in Arizona, but he has now been released and won't get the job. The QB1 spot seems to be between newly-acquired Joshua Dobbs and rookie Clayton Tune right now, neither of which will be particularly good for Arizona's pass catchers.
