According to Justin Melo of The Draft Network, WR Mason Kinsey is being cut by the Tennessee Titans Tuesday. (Justin Melo on Twitter)

Kinsey was active in the Titans' preseason contests, catching eight passes for 77 yards on 11 targets over three games. Despite this, the 25-year-old wideout is being cut. He spent the last two seasons with Tennessee, playing in three games.
