The Carolina Panthers have released LB Deion Jones. (NBCsports.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Jones was added by the Panthers in late July, but is part of the initial cuts to get to their 53-man roster. The 28-year-old tallied 44 tackles and one interception in 11 games with Atlanta and Cleveland last season. The veteran could have a market for a team in need of depth at linebacker.
