Washington signed with Indianapolis less than two weeks ago, but the team is already letting him go ahead of the roster cut deadline. They also released veteran Breshad Perriman, which indicates that the team feels comfortable enough with players like Isaiah McKenzie and Josh Downs to play the depth roles.
