The Colts have to make some moves to get under the roster limit for this season, and they're starting by releasing Perriman. The veteran wideout has had multiple homes over the past couple of seasons, and he'll be back on the market for another one. It remains unclear if he'll sign somewhere at any point in the regular season, but he shouldn't be relevant for fantasy purposes regardless.
