Fantasy Impact:
Garbers was one of many Raiders’ transactions Sunday as the team looks get down to their 53-man roster. The 24-year-old spent last season with the team but lost the QB3 role to Aidan O’Connell. Garbers could be a practice squad candidate if he does not join another roster.
