Bryan Edwards waived by Saints

According to Field Yates of ESPN, WR Bryan Edwards is being waived by the New Orleans Saints. (Field Yates on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Edwards, a former teammate of QB Derek Carr, signed with the Saints back in March. Looking to potentially add to the receiving depth, Edwards got his opportunity with the Saints in the preseason, seeing nine targets in two games; however, he caught just three of them for 37 yards. In Week 2 of the preseason, he had no catches and two crucial penalties called against him. The 24-year-old WR will hit the waiver wire and has the potential to be claimed by a team looking for a young, vertical sideline receiver.
