Davis Mills was kept out of the team's first-team reps on Saturday, the second session in a row in which all of the first-team reps were led by C.J. Stroud. (Deepi Sidhu on HoustonTexans.com)
Fantasy Impact:
This was likely the expected outcome based on Stroud's talent and draft capital and comes shortly before the Texans' game on Thursday against the Patriots. Coach DeMeco Ryans emphasized the importance of competitive game reps, which both quarterbacks will likely see in the preseason opener.
