Wentz intends to play this season and is awaiting the right situation. The former first-round pick played in eight games with the Commanders last season, completing 62.3% of his passes, tallying 1,755 yards, and 11 touchdowns to nine interceptions. Wentz will likely only land a job as a starter should an injury occur to a starting quarterback during training camp or preseason.
