Fantasy Impact:

Howard has the chance to play a big role in the passing game for the Raiders after trading Darren Waller, while Foster Moreau remains a free agent. The former first-round pick has yet to top 600 receiving yards in a season but he could do so this upcoming season, especially if the Raiders don't bring in another receiving tight end.
