Myles Hartsfield not receiving tender from Panthers

According to Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, the Carolina Panthers will not place a tender on DB Myles Hartsfield, setting him up to become an unrestricted free agent. (Mike Garafolo on Twitter)

Hartsfield played three seasons in Carolina, starting 19 games over the last two years playing roughly 75% of the team’s defensive snaps over that time. The Panthers are letting him walk into free agency, though, potentially showing confidence in their current DB group. Hartsfield is a former UDFA and currently 25 years old.
