Tom Brady announced Wednesday that he is officially retiring "for good" from the NFL after 23 seasons. (Tom Brady on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Brady retires a seven-time Super Bowl champion and the all-time leader in touchdown passes with 649. Brady appears now to officially be retired despite coming back last season after retiring last offseason. Tampa Bay will likely look to the draft and free agency to address the loss of Brady as right now the only quarterback under contract past this season is Kyle Trask. Who the Buccs have under center will have a rippling effect across the fantasy value of Tampa Bay's offense, i.e. Evans, Godwin, Fournette, etc. It is worth noting, a reminder, Tom Brady retires with more Super Bowls, personally, than any other franchise.
