Arizona was initially going to roll with Colt McCoy as the starting quarterback, but he is dealing with concussion symptoms and will be unavailable for the game. That leaves Blough as the next man up for the Cardinals, and he will be the starter. They also have a banged up WR room, so this passing attack may be one to avoid for the fantasy championship this week.
