Cooper has been on Arizona's practice squad for much of this season, but he will be on the active roster for Monday. He isn't expected to get a lot of work as a receiver, but he could end up being the top return man for this Arizona team. He likely won't have much fantasy value, but he could have a nice impact on the game in real life.
