Josh Allen is reportedly dealing with a strained right elbow. The UCL injury is expected to limit him this week and it is not a guarantee that he will play against Minnesota. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

If it is indeed just a sprained elbow that causes Allen to miss a game or two, that is the best case scenario for everyone involved. UCL injuries can vary in severity, but with the talk of potential nerve damage in Allen's elbow, there was concern he could miss the remainder of the season. Fantasy managers should not panic just yet, but they will want to have a backup plan for at least this week in the event Allen is unable to play.
