Roquan Smith expected to play on Monday

Baltimore Ravens defensive coordinator Mike Macdonald says to "expect [LB Roquan Smith] to be out there" playing on Monday night against New Orleans. (Clifton Brown, baltimoreravens.com)

Roquan Smith was recently traded from the Chicago Bears to the Ravens ahead of the NFL's trade deadline. Macdonald said that Smith has been involved heavily in all their practices to this point and that the Ravens run a lot of concepts that he's familiar with from the past. Smith should be on the field for Baltimore on Monday and will likely be a big part of the team's game plan, as the Saints often attack box defenders with a combination of TE Taysom Hill and RB Alvin Kamara.
