Fantasy Impact:
Although this could be considered a mild surprise given the presence of veteran D'Onta Foreman, it's irrelevant for all intents and purposes. The Panthers have said they'll go with the hot hand at RB and in a tough matchup against the Bucs, you shouldn't be starting any back in Carolina for now. If Hubbard gets on a roll on Sunday, perhaps he can solidify his role, but for now, continue to stash, but not start, the various running backs for the Panthers.
