Maurice Alexander has been officially elevated from the Lions' practice squad ahead of Week 7's game against the Cowboys. (Detroit Lions on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Lions look to add some depth at WR with DJ Chark being placed on IR. It's not likely that Alexander will have a huge role in the offense in Week 7. His main role has been as a kick returner so far this season.
