Mac Jones (ankle) is not expected to play in Week 5 against Detroit

Mac Jones, who was considered doubtful with an ankle injury, is not expected to play Sunday, according to Adam Schefter. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Jones suffered a high-ankle sprain towards the end of the Patriots' Week 3 loss to Baltimore and is not quite ready to return in Week 5. After Brian Hoyer (head) was ruled out, Bailey Zappe was put into the starting role. With Jones not playing in Week 5 the Pats will once again turn to the rookie out of Western Kentucky to be their signal caller. Jones should have some chance to return in Week 6 considering he was almost ready to play Sunday.
