Fantasy Impact:
The Bills continue to deal with numerous injuries on the offensive side of the ball. They are already without Dawson Knox, Jake Kumerow, and Jamison Crowder for a Week 5 game against Pittsburgh. If McKenzie cannot clear protocol in time to suit up for Week 5, Khalil Shakir will likely line up as the third receiver behind Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis.
