D'Andre Swift reportedly suffered a sprained shoulder in the Lions loss to the Vikings on Sunday and per Tom Pelissero on twitter the injury is not expected to need surgery, however he may miss some time. (Tom Pelissero on twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Swift had a rather subpar fantasy line coming out of the Lions Week 3 matchup against the Vikings, it is now more clear that the Lions were just taking the cautious approach with their star back. The 23-year-old may miss some time now with the shoulder injury, thankfully he will not need a surgery to repair his shoulder, he did also re-injure his ankle in the process so managers should monitor his practice reports this week. If the Georgia product is a no-go it will be Jamaal Williams receiving the bulk of the work, which would launch Williams into the RB3/Flex range.
