The Tennessee Titans have signed cornerback Terrance Mitchell from the New England Patriots practice squad. (Aaron Wilson on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Mitchell has started 29 games over the past two seasons for the Cleveland Browns and Houston Texans, so he brings so much-needed experience to an injury-depleted position group. This is a sign that Kristian Fulton may not be ready for Week 3 but is also a needed depth signing after the Titans hemorrhaged passing yards to the Bills on Monday.
