Fantasy Impact:

The 24-year-old elite QB was repeatedly hit and sacked during the Thursday night Week 2 showdown against their division rival. Trainers attended to him on the field after he struggled to get up, grimacing in pain in what looked to be his left ribcage area. Even with the injury, he completed 33 of 48 passes for 334 yards, three TD, and one interception on the night. Fantasy managers will need to wait for the X-rays to be read and to keep an eye on his progress reports. Rib injuries have a wide array of outcomes and timelines, and the good news is he has extra time to heal, given they do not play again for 10 days. No fantasy move needs to be made until we have further information.
