Jewell has been dealing with a calf injury that caused him to miss practice on Friday and Saturday, resulting in an early rule out. Jewell is a starter when healthy and a solid one at that, so this is a notable absence for the Broncos' defense. Alex Singleton is expected to draw the start in the middle alongside Jonas Griffith. Singleton has been a tackle magnet when given heavy snaps and could provide LB2 value as long as Jewell is sidelined.
