Fantasy Impact:
This is excellent news and drastically improves his probability of being cleared for Week 1. Injured vets practicing on a Wednesday, even in a limited fashion, is usually a telltale sign that the team is optimistic about his potential availability. Fantasy managers who took the risk and added him as their TE1 can now breathe a collective sigh of relief. Ertz should see a substantial target share while DeAndre Hopkins is sidelined with a suspension. This remains a situation to monitor, but fantasy managers can now pencil Ertz into their Week 1 lineup.
