Richard Rodgers signs with the Chargers' PS

TE Richard Rodgers, who will turn 31 this season, is signing with the Los Angeles Chargers practice squad for his ninth NFL season. (Los Angeles Chargers on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Rodgers had four-year stints with each of the Green Bay Packers and the Philadelphia Eagles where he accumulated career numbers of 1,529 yards and 15 touchdowns. He provides another big-bodied tight end to the mix in Los Angeles alongside TEs Gerald Everett, Donald Parham Jr and Tre' McKitty.
